Neil Salisbury

Neil joined Net Balance in 2010 and has over 15 years of professional experience in energy and climate change management and risk assessment. He holds degrees in Science and an MBA in Technology Management. He is a DCCEE Registered NGER Auditor (Level 1 & 2), a RABQSA Environmental Lead Auditor, a Technical Assessor for theNational Association Testing Authority (NATA) and previously Lead Auditor with both the NSW and Victorian audit schemes.

Neil has undertaken projects across the industrial and corporate sectors in all states of Australia and in Asia including Singapore, Brunei, India, Philippines, Indonesia, China, Malaysia and South Korea. Neil has extensive experience in energy management, compliance reporting (NPI, NGER, EEO, ESAP, EREP), carbon management and mitigation, quantitative risk assessments and environmental management.

Neil is a fellow of the Energy Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Management, a member of the CMI training Advisory Panel and a member of ALCAS. He was previously on the board of Uniting Care Moreland Hall, an alcohol and otherdrug treatment and education agency and a member of their audit risk committee.

Prior to joining Net Balance, Neil held senior positions at ENVIRON Australia Pty Ltd and ERM Pty Ltd.
