Scott White

Scott has been in the recruitment industry for over 15 years. At Net Balance his role as Manager - People and Culture has been created to help Net Balance take the next step in its growth and development. Scott's primary role focuses on our internal people, performance & culture issues, plus he will also lead a number of important and exciting projects for the organisation.

Prior to joining Net Balance Scott was a founding Director of Principal Consulting Group, a leading recruitment specialist servicing the environment and sustainability sectors. Scott was the face of Principal and built the firm to be a leading supplier of recruitment services to the environment and sustainability sector across Australia. He brings to Net Balance a strong commercial acumen combined with a broad understanding of both consulting and the environment/sustainability sectors.

Scott is married to Annie and has two daughters, Jessica & Sophie. After playing hockey for 25 years Scott decided to take up a new sport and began Karate training at the age of 39. In December 2010 he achieved his Black Belt and is now working towards higher rankings and is aiming to achieve teaching titles in the future.
