Serena de Kretser

Serena has five years experience as a sustainability professional working primarily within the corporate and financial sectors. In her previous role as an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Analyst she undertook environmental and social risk analysis and provided sustainability ratings on companies within the ASX200. Her company risk analysis focused on areas such business ethics, human capital management, workplace health and safety, climate change risk, water risk and environmental management. She has also had experience developing triple bottom line business cases for state government infrastructure project proposals. Prior to her career in sustainability, Serena worked in Marketing and Communications for almost fifteen years.

Serena is completing her Masters of Environment at the University of Melbourne. She also holds a Bachelor of Business (Law) and a Bachelor of Arts. She has a particular interest in climate change law and policy.

Outside of work, Serena enjoys travelling, Saturday night dinners with friends and relaxing with family.
