Natalie has five years professional experience in the sustainability industry across the private, public and community sectors. Prior to joining Net Balance, Natalie specialised in research and the development of training materials for public sector and corporate sustainability reporting in her roles at the Centre for Public Agency Sustainability Reporting and the City of Melbourne. With the Earthwatch Institute Natalie gained experience in managing international corporate environmental partnerships, predominately within the Asia Pacific, as the Corporate Partnerships Manager. She has also gained experience in the development of policy and environmental measurement and reporting systems while employed at Moonee Valley City Council.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Environment (Governance, Policy and Communication) from the University of Melbourne.

Since joining Net Balance Natalie has written sustainability/corporate responsibility reports, undertaken verification and assurance in accordance with the AA1000AS, and developed sustainability policies for clients. Her core capabilities include the provision of sustainability assurance, coordination and authoring of sustainability reports and data management. Natalie also serves as Net Balance’s Occupational Health and Safety co-ordinator.

Outside of work, Natalie can be found bouldering in the Grampians, watching foreign films, and eating out at Melbourne’s fantastic cafes and restaurants.
