Net Balance works with organisations to develop, implement, measure and report their social and community strategies in the following ways:

  • SR Strategy: Reviewing your overall social or community strategy, assessing the significant opportunities and potential risks, and aligning with your business priorities and the interests and expectations of your key stakeholders. Helping you develop a robust framework to effectively manage your social or community responsibilities and endeavours, and positively communicate your performance.
  • SR Implementation: Working with you to formulate, construct and implement a plan which will deliver measurable outcomes
  • SR Capacity Building: Helping to improve program management and delivery systems (strategic and operational focus) to:
    • build the business case for investment;
    • ensure funding requirements for existing program can be met; and 
    • achieve the most efficient and effective delivery
  • SR in the Workplace: Reviewing and advising on: 
    • policy and practice related to employee well-being ( e.g. health/ lifestyle   carers & parental leave, flexible working, personal counselling)
    • recruitment  in the context of diversity, disability and local hiring
  • SR in the Marketplace: Reviewing and advising on relevant business and marketing practices (e.g. ethical financing, product safety, responsible advertising, access to marginalised groups, internet safety) 
  • SR Governance: Working with you to research, negotiate, propose and activate an appropriate community governance and management structure, which is integrated into the organisation, and  reflects and incorporates your ethical position
